The Androscoggin Transportation Resource Center (ATRC), being the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Lewiston, Auburn, Lisbon and Sabattus, has now completed the development of the Unified Planning Work Program for Calendar Years 2016-2017. This work program outlines the continuing comprehensive and coordinated transportation planning process in the ATRC area for the January 2016 to December 2017 time period.
