AVCOG is soliciting public comment on the FY 2019-2021 DBE Goal Methodology. For FFY 2019-2021 (October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2021) AVCOG has established an annual DBE participation goal of 0.1% to be achieved through race/gender neutral means.
