[ARCHIVED] RFQ For QEP Brownfields Assessment Program

Request for Qualifications from Qualified Environmental Professionals

AVCOG is seeking professional environmental services to manage an US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funded brownfields assessment project which includes planning and reporting, coordinating public involvement, overseeing and administering brownfield site inventory and characterization, conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments, and advising on cleanup and reuse planning in AVCOG service area. Contractors are invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required.

Proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on Friday, November 6, 2020, at AVCOG, 125 Manley Rd, Auburn, ME 04210. There will be no formal opening. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be accepted after the stated closing date and time. Late proposals will be returned to the applicant unopened.

AVCOG reserves the right to (1) reject any proposal for any reason that AVCOG deems in the public interest or if the application review process does not indicate the applicant is qualified to perform the specified tasks (2) not to award the contract to the lowest bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of AVCOG.
